  • 1 on 1 Training Session: 1 x one on one training session to check your current technique and explain equipment in the gym, which will not only help with your custom program, but help familiarise you with the gym. (Worth $120)

  • Semi-Private Training: 3 x weekly training sessions following a customised program made just for you, which will help you start your training in the right direction for you, helping you to feel more confident and comfortable in the gym. (Worth $360)

  • Weekly Free Training Session: An extra training session each week for free to catch up on any missed sessions or work on new and extra things with your training, which will help you to stay consistent, allowing you to get results from your training, even when you're busy, giving you added motivation to keep getting more results! (Worth $120)

  • This free Semi-Private Training is limited to 4 weeks only.

  • Semi-Private Training is only provided on the following days and times: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 4pm to 8pm. Saturday 8am to 11am.This free

  • Semi-Private Training does not include any Nutrition Plan or Programming.

  • You agree to allow us to use images and videos of you training for promotional purposes.
